Alex is a Research Assistant at the US-China Strong Foundation. He is currently a first-year Security Policy Studies M.A. candidate at the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs, concentrating in Asian Regional Security and Cyber Security. He received his B.A. in International Affairs and Asian Studies from the George Washington University, where he was able to study abroad in Shanghai for a semester. Alex began his journey with Chinese language in high school, and has devoted his studies to learning about Chinese politics, economics, culture, literature, and even Classical Chinese. At US-China Strong, he hopes to apply his knowledge of China to help the Foundation grow and continue to achieve its mission.
